This is my first attempt at painting my husband. I photographed him while he was sleeping in the sun. The rays of sunshine create a very dramatic affect.

I enjoy both high realism and abstract images within my work. I find the joy is in the creating. My drawings and paintings can represent common everyday objects to people and pet portraitures to abstract images.
